- Cancellation Policy. Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date, based on the Colony House’s time, without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in date will be subject to cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
