1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reservation, using our website, or staying at Colony House Motor Lodge, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Reservations and Payment

• A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
• Rates are subject to change and availability.
• Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  Late check-out may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms or property. Colony House Motor Lodge is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries unless caused by our proven negligence
• Issues related to third-party services

6. Smoking and Pets

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
• A maximum of two pets are allowed in dedicated pet rooms. A pet fee of $75.00 will be applied for stays of 1-4 nights

7. Website Use

You may not misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access. All content is owned by Colony House Motor Lodge and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
